VS Series - Injection Molding Machines

The VS series has been Gluco’s main stay since 1963 for insert molding machines. With many presses from the 60’s still running production.

VS series is a heavy-duty machine with vertical C-frame clamp design allowing for obstruction free molding on all three sides of the press. Larger platen sizes with the choice of single station, in/out shuttle, left /right shuttle table or rotary table.

Clamp tonnages from 10 to 300

Shuttle tables left / right 8”x10”, 10”x12”,12”x16” or 24”x36”

Two or four station rotary tables 48” to 100”

Multiple injection shot sizes to choose from to fit your needs. Available with single or dual vertical injection units.

Allen Bradley or KEBA controls

The VS series are available for thermoset material with heated platens, auxiliary mold heats. Special designed material feed screw and spiral barrel for even material temperatures.
